Team Profile
Irish & International Negotiations and sales are handled by John O'Neill, BCL, MIAVI and Fiona Tobin, Property Management and letting is handled by Amy Tobin. Patricia O'Sullivan is our office manager. We have a detailed and intimate knowledge of the south west region.
John O'Neill:
John has a vast knowledge of all aspects of the Property Services Sector by virtue of forty years experience of the Agricultural, Commercial and Residential Markets and Trends.
He is a member of:
• Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI)
• Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
John is a native Caheragh and resides in his native parish. He studied Law in UCC and graduated with a BCL Degree in 1973. John established Celtic Properties in 1997 and was a founder member of the Real Estate Alliance Group in 2003.

Carmel O'Regan
Carmel O’Regan joined REACeltic Properties Bantry in 2009 having previously worked with SWS Property Services.Carmel has significant experience in the residential, commercial & agricultural sectors.
Originally from Mitchelstown, having graduated from Marketing Institute of Ireland, Carmel came to West Cork in 1990 to setup & manage Celtic Cottages in Schull for a number of years. From there she started her own Property management & letting agency and gradually made her way into the property sales sector when she joined forces with SWS Property Services Bantry in 2005.
Carmel O'Regan is Certified in residential & land agency.
She is an Assoc. Member of
