| Reviews | | By Tenant - 03 Nov 2020, Rate: bad | we were renting through your agency the apartment in Northwood for two years - 2018-2020, we moved out two months ago, and still struggling with our deposit back, Agent teresa came for the inspection and told us that we will get our deposite - as the apartment was clean very well and nothing was damage, we even exchange the showers and gave her a new pair of key for the gate to garage,
a few days ago i realize that we still didn't get any money back and when i contacted fer she replies - after few days, as always - that we will get our deposit back -2000euro when she will find a new person to rent the place for, that the owner has the money, as far as I know, this is not legal and i am considering of going to solicitor with this issue . | | |
