Kelly Walsh Property Advisors and Agents began trading in June 2003 primarily but not exclusively in the greater Dublin area. The main focus of the organisation is within the Development Land, Commercial and New Homes market. The main principles have combined experience of over 50 years in the Irish Property and Construction Industry sectors. Our objective is to provide a dedicated personal service to all our clients within all aspects of the Development Land, Commercial and New Homes markets.
Geremy Kelly and Garvan Walsh have over thirteen years experience in the Commercial Property Market in Ireland, since graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Surveying from Bolton Street. In April 2003 they set up Kelly Walsh Property Advisors & Agents. During its short history the company has enjoyed exceptional success across the Commercial, Development Land and New Homes sectors. They also advise all the major lending institutions on Commercial Property & Development Land. |
