Welcome to Dolores Power Ltd., established in September 2001, becoming the first Auctioneering firm in Wexford town founded by a female Principal. The firm is fully bonded and licensed with the PRSA (Licence No. 001868).
Dolores is a full member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Membership of these bodies is a recognition of the highest standards in the property profession. Dolores has 25 years of experience in the property profession.
In 2013, Dolores Power was appointed to the Valuations Tribunal, a Statutory Body which hears appeals on Commercial Rateable Valuations throughout the country.
Cathriona Arthur, previously a mortgage advisor with a leading Banking Institution joined the firm in 2003 and is also a registered auctioneer with the PRSA.
In September 2014, Dolores was joined in the business by her husband Jim, formerly a Senior Engineer with Wexford County Council. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland (FIEI).
Jim will specialise in advice on Planning issues and Compulsory Purchase Orders
