“The Team” is headed by Garrett Loftus M.I.P.A.V. who has over 25 years experience within the sector.
Garrett Loftus comes from a legal background and is a native of Ballina. He received his secondary education at Castleknock College in Dublin. He then
obtained a Diploma in Marketing before completing the Estate Agency course at the College of Commerce Rathmines Dublin.
Practical experience followed at the firms of Hazley Godsil Auctioneers, Blackrock, Dublin (later incorporated by Hamilton Osborne King, Auctioneers), Ken Walters Auctioneers, Donnybrook Dublin and Wyse Property Management, Baggot Street, Dublin. A stint in the agricultural sector of Auctioneering followed at the firm of Tom Kehoe Auctioneer of Carlow.
In 1986 Garrett returned to Ballina and founded the company known as Garrett Loftus & Associates. He built up, with his talented and hardworking team, an Estate Agency business, which is known throughout Mayo and the West of Ireland for its integrity, fair dealing and the desire to give an excellent service to all of their customers whether they are Vendors or Buyers.
In 1999, Garrett Loftus was one of the members who formed the brand Property Partners and hence from then the company is known as Property Partners Garrett Loftus and to-date there are over 70 Property Partners offices nationwide.
The company is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers.
Recently the company Property Partners Garrett Loftus was awarded excellence in Customer Service Award. The Nationwide Customer Service Awards were carried out on all 70 Property Partners branches by an Independent Customer Service Audit Company to assess the level of Customer Service we as a group provide to our customers.
