We currently operate out of 10 branches in the Greater Dublin area with our head office and auctions rooms based on the outskirts of Dublin City Centre at Leeson Park, Dublin 6. We have nearly twice the amount of independently owned branches than any of our competitors.
Our New Homes and Sites and Land divisions are involved in some of the country’s largest land deals and are in a position to advise on all aspects of development. They act for many of the states most prolific builders and offer the widest range of new housing schemes on the market including the largest new housing scheme currently being developed in this country at Adamstown, Co Dublin.
Douglas Newman Good pride themselves on their innovative approach to business and we were the first estate agency to introduce “Sale Agreed” boards to this country. We also pioneered the concept of a caf?? style branch when we opened our first last year in Dun Laoghaire . We are the only agent to produce a full colour property newspaper "DNG Express" which is distributed free nationally throughout Our branch network.
The Group also offers full financial services through its sister companies GMC Mortgages and GMC Life and Pensions. GMC Mortgages is the largest independently owned retail mortgage broker in Ireland operating from over 50 branches nationwide.

| Reviews | | By Landlord - 19 Mar 2019, Rate: bad | | These clowns allowed our sister to illegally try and sell a family home in Kingswood Heights, Tallaght last summer. The house was and still is the subject of a contested estate probate. DNG never bothered to try and confirm that my sister had any legal capacity to sell the house. She was not the legally registered owner. When we called Marc Browne their branch manager and told him what had happened he tried to continue with the illegal sale. We showed him the deeds and ownership documents. We threatened litigation to Alan Fitzgerald, their head of legal compliance. Thats what it took to invalidate the contract and get the house removed from the market. We never received an apology or acknowledgment that DNG engaged in unethical conduct. Instead we got attitude and indignation that we had the audacity to expect them to operate within the law. Run from these people ! They have no ethical standards !
