Michael H. Daniels & Co. was established in 1996 to provide a niche service to clients, whether as vendors or purchasers, of distinctive real estate in Ireland.
Acquiring or disposing of property, especially if one is based abroad can be expensive, complicated and time consuming with many potential pitfalls for the unwary. The buying and selling process does not always work in the same way as in others countries - in Ireland, a significant number of prime properties are bought and sold privately without ever coming to the open market.

Michael Daniels is a State licensed Auctioneer and House Agent and has been in practise since 1982. He is a Fellow of The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), of some 30 years standing, and of a Fellow of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), internationally recognised as the premier organisation for property professionals.
