The land is located approx. 2km west of Avoca village and comprises an irregular shaped parcel of agricultural land. It is currently set out in barley with good road frontage to local access road. It has some good views eastwards to Arklow Bay. The land is largely ungilating with rolling hills and is laid out in one small portion at the access gate with the rest open to the rear.
