Bride Park Cottage is a 17th century Georgian house with historic roots and worldwide fame. Patrick Cleburne was born in the upper left room of the house on the 17th of March 1828. He became the highest-ranking Irishman to serve in the American Civil War earning him the nickname Stonewall of the West.
Bride Park Cottage is a most impressive, but charming Georgian House surrounded by circa 1.5 acres of luscious gardens with many rare plants, formal pond, herbal garden and colours for all seasons. Nestled in the heart of Killumney village the property is just 15km from Cork City and 6km from Ballincollig.
