i bought Ai Kansha , a 160 yr old farmhouse in '97.. i put all new wooden floors in downstairs rooms, 5. 3 upstairs rooms also have wooden floors, 2 of which are painted and 1 sanded and varnished.

All windows were replaced with dg PVC in 2001, the heating system upgraded with the addition of an oil- fired stanley range.
