c. 400 acres of quality pasture which is part stud railed and has the benefit of woodland shelter throughout.

c. 150 acres of Ancient woodland which is made up of stands of giant Sequoia, Wellingtonias and Fir trees also some wonderful specimens of Oak, Ash, and Beech etc.

c. 90 acres of commercial Sitka Spruce, some of which are mature and ready for clear-felling.

The remaining land is made up of landscaped grounds and impressive water gardens with numerous waterfalls. Driveways and farmyards.

The Hill Lands:
The hill lands are located adjoining the core estate and consist of c. 335 acres of hill grazing lands which are suitable for sheep and cattle grazing.

The Mountain Land:
The remaining lands of c. 366 acres are mountain moorlands and are designated Special Area of Conservation and are bounded on three sides by National Parks Lands.
