This is a rural area approximately 40 minutes’ drive from Sligo town. The area comprises of mostly agricultural land and one off houses. The area is close to the small sea side village of Easkey.

The land holding consists of agricultural land with semi mature forestry in parts. There are two separate parcels of land in the circa 31 acres.
