Bedroom with double bed and large flat screen sky TV and wifi. Daily Evening meal and laundry (no ironing). Very nice quiet 4 bed house - Owner (55 yr lady) and 22 yr Spanish student (male). All inclusive bills paid (electric, heating, wifi, sky etc.,) Would suit student or single person.
