we are Niamh and Ivan, a loving couple that is starting a new life in a different location.

Because of this, and taking advantage of the fact that the house has just been reconstructed from the foundations due to the pyrite issue, we are looking for trustworthy caring happy tenants so we can cover the mortgage as much as possible, reducing the loss of money.

Pyrite was found in the cement used for building many properties. This caused cracks to appear, so the construction company has spent 4 months excavating the foundations and rebuilding it brand new.

The house has been completely rebuilt, fully painted, new foundations, new walls, new floors, new tiles... all amenities have been set up professionally and with the most care, keeping as a goal that anything will last long and will provide the service expected will avoid loss of time for both tenants and landlords (a win-win situation is our main goal). Personally I dislike when rawl plugs come out and a clothes hook, or whatever, is loose and ends up falling (...)

The first thing you find when you enter the house is a very bright and spacious hall, that warms your welcome every time. We have fitted a cabinet with a nice lamp, a clothes rack, a gloves/scarfs box under the clothes hook, a drier to make sure your clothes are always dry, and on top of it the boiler, which an extra timer has been added to save energy. Sunlight comes in through the 175x205cm windows.

The hall gives access (from left to right) to the living-room/kitchen, the secondary bedroom, the hot press, the main bedroom and the bathroom.


The living-room is a must see. The breaking of the white from the skirting boards, the radiator, the windows' frames, the lamp... on the coffee walls, the view to the landscaped gardens and trees making contrast with the
