The rent on a minimum 9 month contract is 1395 euro per month for the second floor. It is therefore NOT suitable for students or for short term lettings. The lease may be renewed by mutual consent without a rent increase for a further 12 months.

A security deposit of one months rent and two references are required. An acceptable guarantor is also required.

For those who do not have an acceptable guarantor three months security deposit and a months rent in advance are required.
One month of the security deposit will be refunded after six months. A second month of the security deposit will be refunded after 12 months or on termination. it the tenant wishes to renew a renewal will be at the same rent. Obviously if not renewing then the remaining two months deposit will be refunded at the end of the initial lease
