We are looking for a caretaker for our house which is currently on the market for sale.

We are seeking someone who can keep the property in excellent condition at all times so that it is available for viewing by potential purchasers in optimum condition without exception.

As the house is furnished & ready for sale, would prefer a minimum of personal effects and no furniture or belongings that would negatively impact on the overall appeal of the property.

In return we can offer the property at much reduced rates to the right person.

Initially available for 3 months and on a monthly basis thereafter as suits.

Non smoking individual or couple preferred.

Impeccable References, Caretakers Agreement & 1,000 deposit are essential.
