Two bedrooms available in beautiful house on the Douglas Road.

We are both professionals who work Monday to Friday 9-5. We like a quiet house during the week and like to be sociable at the weekends. We are looking for two housemates similar to ourselves. You must be someone who is very clean and tidy, and is considerate of others in the house. We would rather someone friendly who wants a chat at the end of the day than someone who wants to spend all their time in their room.


The house itself is beautiful. It was refurbished quite recently and is in a great location near a bus stop to Douglas/the city, 5 minutes walk from a Tesco express, pharmacies, a bar, restaurant and swimming pool.


Downstairs there is a beautiful sitting room, a well equipped kitchen, a dining room and a double bedroom (already occupied). There is also a laundry room where we hang up our clothes to dry so that we don't have clothes hanging up inside the house.


Upstairs there is the newly refurbished bathroom with an electric shower, a hot-press and three bedrooms (one already occupied). The two available bedrooms are 495 and 395 each per month.

The house has access to a large back garden which gets the evening sun and is perfect for barbeques in the summer.

The house is non-smoking, there are no pets allowed. No couples.
