It's a bright two double bedroomed appartment, in a quiet and well maintained development. It is for short term let and for up to 3 months but if wanted for a shorter period am willing to rent monthly.It is in the village in chapelizod which has a number of facilities- shop, post office, pubs cafe's restauraunts. It's a 15 minute drive into the city center and has a reliable bus service a 2 minute walk from the appartment complex.It's a few minutes walk from phoenix park. It's directly opposite the scenic river leading up to memorial park .
