The rent of 95 per person, per week includes heating, electricity & broadband. If you want to take as a single rent would be 120pw.

A washing machine is available, should you require it. There are two bathrooms available to use - one which consists of toilet and washbasin, and the other being the large main shower room with electric shower.

The tenants will have use of the kitchen, TV Room and Conservatory, as well as benefiting from the use of a large garden.

We are looking to let it to a single female or 2 females students who know each other, and will be respectful of the house and the lovely lady landlord who lives there. Non smokers would be preferable.

The room is only available for weekday occupation but a 7 day occupation is negotiable. Meals are not included.
