The house is in quiet estate just 15 min walk to Terenure, a 10 minute cycle to Rathmines and a 20 minute cycle to the city centre.

House will be fully furnished as seen in the photos (minus the christmas tree!). There is off street parking and the house has gas heating.

Wifi included free but heating and electric are extra.

The 9, 15a, 17 and 54a bus routes are less than a 5 minute walk from the house. There is a Supervalu supermarket located on Sundrive road which is a 5 minute drive away, as well as an Aldi and Lidl which are both close by in Terenure Village.
A deposit of one months rent will be required.
