This house is within walking distance of Macroom town and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac of the Hermitage estate. It is also extremely private with no other house overlooking it.

The house is heated via oil central heating and an open fire is also available for use.

The house is extremely clean and has been furnished to a very high standard. The attic has also been fully re-insulated which makes it very eco friendly and cosy in the winter.

The house also has a very child friendly enclosed garden, which also contains a decking area for outdoor dining and a garden shed with ample storage.

The current occupants are vacating the house on Friday June 2nd, I hope to have it available for moving in by Friday June 23rd.
