- Pay as you go electricity meter

- Satellite tv 15.00 per month (connection only)

PLEASE NOTE:
*The apartment is ONLY SUITABLE FOR A MAXIMUM OF TWO ADULTS
*The apartment is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN
*TWO MONTH'S deposit AND ONE MONTH'S rent in advance are required (half of the deposit may be paid over the first twelve months of occupancy)

Viewing is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and if you are interested in the apartment at the time of the viewing day, a holding deposit of 500 would need to be paid then.
