This is a STUDENT HOUSE that accomodates 4 people @ 75 each per week or 5 @ 60 per week.This is based on a group of 4 or 5 and it is not for individual rooms. .It is located just behind Mulberry Park so is only minutes walk to the college. It would also suit students of St Angelas as it is on the road to that college also. As the pictures show the house is in beautiful condition and we like to keep it that way for anyone who stays there.This summer the house has been freshly painted and all new double beds are in the rooms. There are many features to this house. It has double glazing. It has TV channels and WiFi which are included in the rent and we also put 200 of oil in the tank . It has a BACK BOILER that heats the radiators and gives you hot water for free. It has a storage shed for turf and logs .It has leather couchs for your comfort and hygiene.It would suit all students who want a good house close to the college.
