Hi all, I'm renting my room in August,for 1 month. House is located in quiet area with train station Kilbarrack just a cross the street. There is 4 of us in the house, but 2 of us away during August, and 2 dogs as well. Rent is 550 per month, all bills included. Deposit not required. There will be viewing this weekend so feel free to stop by the house.
