Our house is not owner occupied. Looking for someone who is sound, clean and tidy to rent out the box room upstairs. House is a 5 minute walk to coolmine train station, 2 minute walk to the 39 bus and a 15 minute walk to blanchardstown shopping centre. We are very flexible on the duration of letting. Bills are not included in the rent they are split equally each time.
