Two rooms for rent in a house in Cabra, sharing with one 28 year old female. The lease is one year and bills are extra. They should be about 30-40eur pm.

Move in date is October 1.

The single room will rent for 490 and the double will rent for 600. I don't have pictures of the single room yet but it's a small box room with a wardrobe.

The house is nice to live in and it's in a good location, right beside the park and on the bus routes to town. I am quite easygoing and work a lot, sometimes from home, so I am looking for people who are sound and respectful.
