The living area, now on the first floor, boasts a large communal area with ultra modern kitchen facilities adjacent to a homely dining and relaxation area all overlooking the picturesque town of Tramore and its Big Strand.

The tiered garden at the rear of the property is beautifully landscaped and has a meandering wheelchair friendly path giving access to the property from the rear and the front. The garden also has a built-in barbeque and circular fire pit for those outdoor get-togethers on chilly autumnal and spring evenings. There is also a secure outdoor lock-up facility for sports equipment including bikes, surfboards, fishing equipment, golf clubs, horse tackle etc.

Tramore itself boasts much more than just its beautiful beach. There are some magnificent local attractions including the Waterford Greenway route, the East Waterford Gaultier Coast Drive, the picturesque village of Dunmore East, the Lafcadio Hearn Japanese Gardens and many more. There are lots of attractions for children also including Splashworld, the Copper Coast Mini Farm, Lake Tour Stables and of course the seaside and amusement parks.
