Chapelizod is a lovely green area just 5km from the centre of Dublin with easy access to Heuston Station, M50, Liffey Valley shopping centre, Blanchardstown and airport (by car).

The village is right next to the Phoenix Park and River Liffey walk to Islandbridge. It also has a local Spar, pharmacy and a couple of bars.
