Move in date is in the beginning of january. You will live with one other housemate until the end of january (male, young professional). He will pay part of the rent and move out at the end of january. From the first of february on you're gonna be the main tenant and decide who is living with you. If you are already in two the other person can sleep in the guestroom which is free as well in january. Just taking over the apartment is not possible. Kitchen accessories, sheets and covers can be taken over for 300.

The ground floor of our apartment features a spacious living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, oven and washing machine and a small bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are two rooms and a very small toilet without a shower. The double has a queensize bed and room for storage. The other room is a very tiny guestroom (not on the pictures) with a single bed and a table without much room to store things. This room could also be used for a third person. On the 2nd floor there is just one small double bedroom with plenty of storage room.

On top of the monthly rent we pay heating, electricity and internet bills of 200 totally.
