Bay View Lodge is a luxurious split level apartment set on one acre of land offering spectacular panoramic views over Kenmare Bay and The Macgillycuddy Reeks Mountains. It is situated on a quiet country lane only 5 minutes drive from the heritage town of Kenmare which has an abundance of top quality restaurants, pubs and local amenities. It also has the advantage of being on the Beara Peninsula which is part of the popular Wild Atlantic Way.
Although the house has the capacity to accommodate 10 people, the accommodation on offer is an apartment within the house which is completely self-contained. There will be no-body permanently renting the other apartment on a long term basis. It is best suited to a couple or two single persons. There are 2 king size bedrooms, one of which has a free-standing bath in ensuite which overlooks the Bay. The other bedroom is next to the main Shower room/bathroom and overlooks the front garden and stream. There is a very large open plan kitchen/living room with floor to ceiling patio doors which leads on to a charming deck offering breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains. It also has a beautiful stone fireplace which adds to its charm. It is beautifully decorated with bespoke lighting and features.
The rental is available for almost 4 months.
