There are 5 rooms to rent in this house as follows:

2 bedrooms upstairs with one double bed in each room

1 bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds(these can be joined to make a double if required)

1 bedroom upstairs with 1 single bed

1 bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds(these can be joined to make a double if required)

Each room is 500 per week except for the single room which is 250 per week.

Room rental is per room, you can rent just one room if you wish but you will be sharing the house with other people.

Our rates are inclusive of utilities, all linen, towels, and WiFi(fair usage applies)

Weekly cleaner for general areas and garden maintenance is included also.

These rooms are available from now until the week ending 11th March 2018.

There is a refundable security deposit/breakages bond required of 500 for the 500 rooms and 250 for the 250 room and this can be paid in cash or via credit card.

Your security deposit will be refunded(credit card refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear back into your account) on your day of departure after your room has been inspected.

All payments are in advance for the duration of your stay.

Minimum stay 7 nights and the start date can start on any day of the week.

All rooms have their own lock for privacy.
