The apartment comes fully furnished, and all furnishings are brand new and modern.

The kitchen/living area comes equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven & hobs, kettle, toaster, microwave, and all necessary kitchenware, all of which are brand new. The living area comes with a bed-sofa and tables & chairs. The bedroom includes a large, new king size bed, 2 bedside lockers, and 2 tub chairs. The bathroom is equipped with an electric shower.

The apartment includes a walk in wardrobe and storage area.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated, however occupants are of course free to bring their own furnishings as they wish.

The Luas green line (the gallops/glencairn stops) is no more than a 5 minute walk from the apartment, and the area is also served by bus routes no. 47 & 63.

Local amenities, within walking distance, include: a shopping center, 2 gyms, a community center, free outdoor tennis courts, a large public park, and a children's playground.

The apartment would be perfectly suited for a single occupant or a couple. The apartment offers good privacy & security: the bedroom window opens onto a gated front garden, and the rear entrance opens onto a contained back garden. Access to the back garden from the street is through a locked garden gate.

All utility bills (wifi, electricity, waste & gas) are included in the price, dependant upon fair usage.
