Very spacious city centre apartment available for 3 months from April 1st until end of June

Apartment contains:

- 1 double size bed with en suite
- 1 double bedroom
- bathroom
- kitchen/ living room

This is my home which I'm looking to rent out for 3 months while I'm away, therefore I'm looking for someone who will treat it as a home.

I'm not looking for someone with pets. No smoking.
