The Green Briar block is where the apartment is located.

This block is currently receiving the finishing touches after fire damage in May 2017 and has been redone top to bottom.

The apartment is due for handover in early May and is finished to the highest standard as can be seen from the pictures.

It is unfurnished at present but all furniture such as couches, beds and appliances are on order for delivery in early May.

Beds may be ordered to suit the successful tenants needs.

Bedroom 1 - Ensuite and takes a double bed or could take 2 singles with plenty of room to spare

Bedroom 2 - could take a small double or large single.

Both bathrooms are tiled floor to ceiling. Main bathroom has extra large shower tray.

Floors are solid wood as per pics. They're covered at the moment with black sheeting for protection as per pics.

May suit someone with their own furniture.
