The Moorings Chapelizod is a quiet development on the old Lucan Road in a private courtyard setting of 18 townhouses overlooking the river Liffey.

Our house, is a completely refurbished three bed house with a back garden.

There is rear access to the main road as well as the front door from the private courtyard.

Parking available outside the door.

The house was previously let and is now vacant having been freshly redecorated in addition to a new kitchen installation.

There are three bedrooms with builtin wardrobes.
Two bedrooms have double beds while smaller room has the option of bunk beds or a single bed.
All linen is provided with the option of a cleaner every two weeks

This is a short term rental which might be considered a holiday let.. I will be moving back into the property in September.

House sleeps 6..

6 weeks deposit required along with a months rent in advance.
