Hi I have a cosy apartment/flat to let. It is at the side of my house and it is totally self-contained with its own entrance. It comprises of sitting room that leads to small kitchen that leads to bathroom. In the sitting room there are steps leading up to a loft bedroom with double bed. This is an ideal place for one, but I have had couples living in it quite happily. The rent is 900euro per month. There is a charge of 200 euro every two months to cover your electricity (heater, lights, cooker etc.) and bins. This apartment is particularly ideal for anyone working in James Hospital or Tallaght or Crumlin Hospital. Also for students attending Griffith College or Trinity and the transport links are great. It is a three minute walk to the red LUAS line that goes to Tallaght and the city centre. The 122 bus passes the house, which goes down SCR onto Camden Street, Georges Street, etc. There is plenty of parking available on the road.
