3 bed mid terrace house available for rent. House is unfurnished and needs some work (back garden overgrown, some paint work etc). Want to rent house 'as is' and will take 600 pm for the first 6 months in light of this. Will be 1200 pm after 6 months. Will do rental agreement to reflect this.
