The person has to be tidy, a , organized and cool! Preferably older than 25
It is a very tidy and great apartment, and there is no problem in receive friends but it's NOT a party one.

Price is 1000 Euros per month and include:
- Rent for 30 days;
- Internet WiFi;
- Rubbish bill;

PLUS - Eletricity bill around 50euros monthly.
Smokers allowed but not inside the apartment (just on the balcony) this is a very restrict rule;

Deposit is 950 Euros paid in advance of the rent. Rent is every 15th of the month.
