Rent duration: 12 months minimum stay. Available 1 October

Transport: short walk to Clonsilla train station & bus route into town. Convenient if you in town. Near Clonsilla village and Blanchardstown shopping center.

House condition: New well-kept 4 bedroom house, with big communal space (big living room, play room, garden, kitchen). Green field in front & window overlooking open space. You are free to share the communal space. There is one common bathroom upstairs plus a toilet downstair, and no one is using it currently.

Add-on: furnished, spacious garden & shed, parking & TV.

Currently one female non-smoker occupying the master ensuite. I in IFSC during weekdays - tidy and friendly.
