Electricity and Gas and Internet is not included in the cost of the house, the account will be transferred to the Tenant for the duration of the stay. The meter will be read upon arrival and upon departure.
There is a security deposit plus one months rent in advance required prior to occupation which will be held for the duration of the letting and returned upon inspection prior to departure. Any damages or cleaning that need to be repaired/done will be deducted from the security deposit.

Things to do:
There are numerous facilities in the area including shops, gym/leisure centre, churches, pubs, restaurants, hair & beauty salons, hotel, 5 golf clubs and a fabulous beach. Throughout the summer there are various fetes, fairs and activities that are run in the village and Portrane. Donabate/Portrane has excellent sporting events/classes aimed at the younger age group and also the older age group.

Newbridge House is also close by which also hosts fairs and has lovely walks and a great playground for kids.

There is an impressive cliff walk that you can do from Donabate over to Portrane with views of Lambay and the horizon.
