The holiday homes have 3 bedrooms and sleep 7, with a sofa bed which sleeps 2 people. The master bedroom is a double ensuite. The second room is a twin room while the third a single room. There is also a family bathroom located upstairs.

Downstairs the open plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with all modern conveniences expected in quality self catering accommodation. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cooker, hob and fridge freezer. All utensils are supplied. The French Doors open out onto a private garden, patio and picnic table which will allow you to enjoy the Kenmare sunshine.

The comfortable living room has a TV/DVD unit and an electric fire and a fold out couch.

There is a guest toilet located downstairs.

The Kenmare Bay holiday homes are very child friendly. Guests have full access to the hotel which boasts onsite facilities such as: Jaspers restaurant, The Courtyard Bar & The Courtyard Garden Bar.
There is a Leisure Centre which includes a rejuvenation suite, a 20m swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and Steam Room.
The Kids Club (Summer holidays and Mid term breaks).

The holiday homes are only available for 7 night stays during July & August. There are 2 bedroom suites as an alternative for those looking for a shorter stay. The 2 bedroom suites are located within the main hotel building and consist of two guestrooms both with a double & single bed ensuite and a separate living room with a dining area, kitchenette and a double sofa bed. These suites are perfect for families or small groups and accommodate up to 8 people.
