We are looking for two tenants for the assignment of our lease in a flat in 12 Harrington Street, Dublin 8. These tenants would be entering into a tenancy agreement with the landlord. with the lease available for renewal at the end of August.

12 Harrington Street is very central and it is served by many bus routes. It is neighboured by the Portobello FlyeFit Gym. It is a five minute walk from the Harcourt Street Luas stop or to Camden Street; ten minutes from Rathmines and fifteen minutes from St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. The regular 757 Airlink bus to Dublin Airport departs from nearby Charlotte Way.

Description:

The flat is towards the rear of the building. It is one storey and contains:

* 1 hallway

* 1 bathroom (with shower)

* 1 living/dining room

* 1 kitchen (hob, oven/grill, fridge with icebox freezer)

* 2 bedrooms (double)

Both bedrooms have blinds which prevent sunlight entering. They also have electric heaters which can be used at will.
